Softobiz Technologies - Business Analyst (5-7 yrs)

Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier integration, ERP projects, and UAT testing, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute supplier integration and ERP projects, ensuring seamless cXML integrations and Punchout setups with ARIBA, SAP, and COUPA.

- Perform data analysis using Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, with a high degree of confidence and accuracy.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from peers to senior management, through meetings, emails, and calls.

- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously.

- Contribute to project execution, showcasing a hands-on approach and willingness to engage directly with cross-functional teams.

- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation and reporting.

- Support and execute UAT testing, with a preference for candidates with prior experience.

- Uphold and promote WIS values through personal and professional conduct.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Experience: 5+ years in supplier integration/ERP projects, including UAT testing.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in ARIBA, SAP, and COUPA integrations.

- Strong Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced) with hands-on experience in VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

- Working knowledge of Outlook.

- Familiarity with EDI, OCR, CRM, or ERP integration projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with UAT testing.
