My experience with Softobiz Technology has been quite disappointing. The company does not provide any appraisals, which severely impacts motivation and career growth. Additionally, employees can be terminated without any prior notice, creating a constant sense of job insecurity. Work culture and management was good few years back, good for freshers

Management is ruining the company now , they are always playing double games with employees,they are not even stay on their own words , worst thing is that compnay CEO knows everything but they are doing anything to fix it

I gained multiple opportunities to work on multiple different technologies, I was able to learn alot with a supporting lead and dedicated pattern for learning.

Dislikes

The monetary benefits are not good at all, they did mass hiring and then started laying off employees with minimum or no notice and also held the appraisals for 4 months and the amount give was very low not even meeting the average requirement.

Great learning opportunity for fresher if one gets to work in development projects with nice technologies. Work life balance entirely depends on the project and team, which is good generally. Employee friendly organization in terms of job security and well being.
