Revalsys Technologies - Business Analyst (3-5 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

- In this role, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

- You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed business requirements, ensuring that projects meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Requirements Engineering:

- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements using various techniques (e. , interviews, workshops, document analysis, user stories, use cases).

- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), User Stories, and other relevant documentation.

- Conduct thorough requirements validation and gap analysis.

- Create and maintain process flows, data flow diagrams, and other visual representations of business processes.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and resolve conflicts.

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Quality Assurance:

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the final product meets the defined requirements.

- Conduct quality assurance reviews of design documents and other project deliverables.

Process Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate and improve business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in project management and business analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a project-oriented environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
