I am working at Softcon Business Solutions for over 15 years now, and these have been some of the most enriching years of my career. We use some of the most cutting edge Technologies to deliver the best products and solutions for our customers. There's a great emphasis placed on ownership and teamwork. In terms of work-life balance,I found Softcon to be very accommodating. The two Saturday and four Sunday holidays, in addition to the standard vacation time, made it easy maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. Overall, I really enjoy working at Softcon Business Solutions. Most of the people are great, the problem space and solutions we're building are interesting, and the work life balance is decent. I have tackled satisfying problems that made me grow as an engineer. This included revamping legacy services as well as building greenfield consumer-facing products. Engineering and business teams have treated me like a member of the team rather than just "a developer". I've grown from being a junior software engineer to a software team lead and the journey has been nothing short of a roller coaster, filled with excitement. I believe the leadership is never misleading or unreachable. The org structure is quite flat which is great too. Just one feedback, some of the meetings are a little unproductive and having an agenda before going into some of the meetings would be very helpful....Read More
