The matter that i would like to share is that a few days ago i was hospitalized and unable to join the company for over a month. The company gave my full salary and respect, and the CEO visited me in the hospital. In this day and age, companies earn a lot of respect if they take care to their employees. Transparency with management. Management is always open for suggestions. They always think about employees first. You will get to learn a lot here. Salary and appraisal are on time. Deserving candidates get good annual hikes. They have allowed permanant work from home option as well.

There was nothing to be liked. Worst experience. Not recommended to any professional or fresher.

They are unprofessional. They will disrespect you in the meetings. The teammates are not helpful. There is no training for the job. I didn't receive any training for the job. There is no job security. No opportunities to grow in your career. Salary is not on time. They will deduct money from your salary. And will not return even after you are thrown out of the job. No appraisal. Instead they will hire new person for you. Lot of office politics No learning was there. Very pathetic work environment. They will force you to work on weekends and after office hours without pay. They won't give you any leave. Even Lunch has to be completd within 10 0r 15 minutes.
