The company is open to innovation and encourage the employees to contribute their input. Career wise I got to learn a lot after Joining SG. Work life balance is good in SG people tend to stick with the company for long term. Slary and appraisal depends upon the team which you are working.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent not bad i would day, depends on the team which you are into. There are team where you get a good appraisal and bonus. Wok life is overall Good in SG. Give the option to you i would say prefer Bangalore over Chennai. Chennai location is sad compare to the Bangalore especially if you are from North....Read More
