The Management at this Company exhibits a troubling lack of empathy towards employees, treating them as if they were mere servants. It seems that their primary focus is on minimizing employee salaries rather than addressing their concerns. Employees have little to no rights within the Company, which operates under its own set of rules rather than respecting basic human rights. For instance, employees are not permitted to eat outside of designated lunch hours, a stark contrast to the freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution of India.
