The good thing is that IC has retained the original name of company i.e. SMPL only. Benefits are many and so are a few constraints associated with a large corporate house and remains indispensable. Liberty in working is as what it was earlier with a difference that one can propose to higher-ups for concluding instead of concluding at our level only . The only grudge is delay in decision making due to a very structured hierarchy in a corporate culture. Future prospects are good due to a much wider horizon due to size of company, a much larger field to run .
