The only opportunity to participate in 3-4 international clinical trials. And to start my career in that.

Dislikes

The company is not supporting. Pay scale is too low. No leaves at all. They are trying to exploit the employees to maximum. There is no guarantee in the job.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and cooperate the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.
