I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Absolutely hate the company, too much work pressure. There is no canteen and the infrastructure is really bad. The managers are trash, there's too much of micro management. THE APPRAISALS ARE PROBABLY THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN AND THERE'S WHYYY TOO MUCH OFFICE POLITICS.
