- Insecure Job - Asst Manager HR - will not do any job,Simply she is gossipping about other staffs to Management, She doesn't like others growth. still management encourage her behavior. She will not come on time yet she talks about punctuality. - she have zero knowledge about HR process and statutory but management encourage her to do all the task .. - Poor Management - Poor culture. - No growth

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
