I was really great experience working with skylite web. The seniors are friendly and professional too. CEO treats never discriminate employees and takes care of every single thing. If in future I ever get a chance to work with definitely I will.

Dislikes

There is nothing like dislike in the only thing is you will gain lots of skills but the towards career growth opportunity that won't work much. As it's a start-up, I believe the employees hardwork will definitely make it visible in between the competitors.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
