The top management is still having a pathetic culture of castism. Director has very less knowledge on other areas except sales, but his involvement in all other departments had mada the SOPs a trash. He need male staff to work till late nights in all days, whereas female staffs are provided with a facility of work from home on Saturdays and other extra benifits. Department heads are being working in this company for more than 10 to 20 years and hence, they have there on pets for whom all the benifits and appraisals are provided in a worst partial way.
