The managers are good, my manager Vineet Sir has been helping hand always and helped me in growing more. And yes the salary comes on the 1st of every month.

Initally when started there was less incentive but since last year the incentives are good and we get salary 1st and incentive 10th.

SKS TECH SOLUTIONS IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF LALA JI KI DUKAAN, lala ji think company only running on peisa, not a single facility is providing by management ( lala ji ).. no coffee No tea No funday Friday No no hike, nothing There are lots of female employees who was sexually assaulted by some of the lala ji favourite employees, but no action taken on them because lala ji like those employees. And one of the most important thing, HYGIENE, for lalaji hygiene is a myth it doesn't exist.... Public toilet (soulabh sochalya is more clean and hygienic then lalaji's office washroom. No birthday celebrations no cake cutting, no employee of the month, bass aao thoda kaam karne ki acting Karo ladki baaki karo and then go home. Appraisal is also a myth there but if you are laala ji's favourite then you will get appraisal of +4k....Read More
