I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. Arrange Sports activities on Saturday.

Dislikes

Reduce the salary when you complete your Probation. They don't have any strong reason for that. You have to pick the material like a delivery boy. New implementations cannot work here. They are using traditional methodology. The Skroman Switches are made up of low quality components. Some are working and some are not. Skroman buys a lock from China. Lock quality is very bad.

First of all the owner of the company is a very cunning person. Second thing, employees provident fund is deducted from salary but not paid on time. Company staff behaviour especially HR Dept. Rudely. If you speck against the company you are accused of unwanted things allegations you dont want. So request to new employee please don't join this company. Very Bad culture.
