Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

1.For an averagely scored fresh graduate one gets to learn new things. 2.Gets exposure to new Local or MNC's. 3.Learn about new companies and their product domains. 4.No work stress

1.Salaries are not satisfying (only 10k for a beginner graduate) 2. No office culture. 3. No pyramid command structure, everything works on personal contacts. 4. No special perks or recognition by the company. 5. Delay in payments and allowances. 6. Very cut to cut calculations while giving salary and allowances, but in return you need to do work of two people. 7. Even after working for a year no promotions. 8. Degree holders are not considered as employees but as daily wage workers. 9. Your down line can breach your commands if have direct communication with the superior. 10. I have been working in this company for the past 7 months now. The firm is in its way of growth which is leading it to help out the graduates in the form of providing jobs as beginners. It is good if you are beginner seeking for a technical job and to explore the industry. The work is good not best , certain staff and the founders are good motivators. As its been enough time to know the company in and out the only odds I found were that there is no transperancy in certain situations because of which there are no solutions for the problems. As the company is on the verge of growth the Finance department is struggling due to which there are lags in salary and allowances dispense. Certain senior/project managers seem to have quite good experience but the downline doesnt seem to be happy by the way work is been enforced to do. The wages and allowances too are not satisfactory considering the current expenses and market. The other factor is relocations due to projects need, You may be opted to relocate within the country if required. Seem to have lag in one to one , person to person, human to human interaction. Everything works in very professional way where as, there must be a certain place for emotional thinking too. So far my work has been good. My experience is good, it could have been better in certain cases. A bit of appreciation whenever required would have boosted me for more output. Seniors must boost the confidence of the down line which is the only lag.
