Weekends fixed off. Fixed work timings.

Dislikes

Manager listened to challenges, did nothing about it. Salary comes on 5th of every month. You logout from system as soon as you submit document for exit interview.

Work Details

No diwali bonus or goodies. No receiving goodies at joining company. No appreciation at work. Consultancy culture. HR team not very considerate. Hardly any engagement or fun activity.

Had the worst appraisal. During recruitment, they promised a minimum 10% hike in 6 months since I wasn’t satisfied with the initial offer. After 6 months, the senior HR claimed there was a communication error and said they don’t offer hikes at that time but would handle it in the yearly cycle. I ended up getting just a 5% raise.
