Most unprofessional and rude HR's one can ever meet. Not really sure in what basis they hired HR's. If this is they way HR works, there won't be any improvement. Don't trust HRs assurance, if they assure you for the future benefits make sure you get those before joining, HR is really knowledgeable, if you ask how can i get benefitted by 80C he will open his laptop and divert it to www.google.com to search the benefits and we admired that very much. And what is the process to claim health insurance he will divert us to call center number.

Had the worst appraisal. During recruitment, they promised a minimum 10% hike in 6 months since I wasn’t satisfied with the initial offer. After 6 months, the senior HR claimed there was a communication error and said they don’t offer hikes at that time but would handle it in the yearly cycle. I ended up getting just a 5% raise.
