Most unprofessional and rude HR's one can ever meet. Not really sure in what basis they hired HR's. If this is they way HR works, there won't be any improvement. Had the worst appraisal. During recruitment, they promised a minimum 10% hike in 6 months since I wasn’t satisfied with the initial offer. After 6 months, the senior HR claimed there was a communication error and said they don’t offer hikes at that time but would handle it in the yearly cycle. I ended up getting just a 5% raise.
