i worked for 2 years at six red marbles and had a bad luck at managers. There is no new learning and a lot of negativity in the office environment.

The company is very excellent and all employees are helping nature. Company environment is very good. Company celebrate birthdays everyone on last day of the months and give piza party i really like it.

Only work-life balance and company culture was good because of fixed day shift timings and young, energetic & open minded employees

My overall experience was terrible & unforgettable. In my training & introduction period, I've been assigned a in-process project, which was already in loss so obviously it was closed with loss. Just bcoz of that, company didn't confirmed me in my 6 months probationary period. In 10 months I completed all other projects with huge profit, before schedule, with appreciation, but bcoz of biased & egoistic attitude of unit head & his close friend, who was actually dealing with the first project, which was intentionally given to me in my training & introduction period, didn't confirmed me. Every employee of that company was aware about my bad experience with Unit head & his close friend, but kept their mouth shut. One day I have been told by HR to leave company immediately. Due to that, I was unemployed for very long time. So, this Six Red Marble company is not good as per Job security, work satisfaction, career growth, skills development or learning. If they don't have projects, they ask employee to leave the company to just show profitable cost cutting of company. Advice For US Headoffice: Pls investigate first, if any employee leaving or resigning company in short period. The unit head is just doing politics with his group of friends, bcoz of that company going down rapidly and all good employees leaving the company. I know this will not change anything, but my review help many others....Read More
