Although we were hired as freelancers we were supposed to work on fixed shifts and timings. Pay was extremely poor. Company management policies were good at SRM and talking about the work culture, it's a work from home job which is boon during this pendamic period.

Dislikes

There is nothing about SRM to dislike it. I left the job here due to my personal reasons, overall experience was great here.

Flexible timing keeps work and life in balance. The pay scale and incentives provided by the company are quite good. in this field.

Dislikes

No job security at all, you could be terminated at any point, no matter how good you are. The incapability of the management is leading to the downfall of the company.

Working at SRM was an exciting journey each time. Because each time it comes with great incentives and pay scale. I have worked at SRM for 1 year. I achieved the target of best SME, and for this achievement SRM gave me Samsung galaxy active 2 watch. However it was an contest between all SRM SME's.

Dislikes

Their is no dislikes I guess. I never face any kind of issues at SRM, and thanks SRM for that.

The work environment is horrible the senior staff always tries to bully SME. SMEs are the basic unit of this company and are means of production. The production seniors are worst always try to push with using harsh words. Really don't join if you have other options.

Attitude of production seniors to improve production. The language they use is harsh and brash.
