Working at SRM was an exciting journey each time. Because each time it comes with great incentives and pay scale. I have worked at SRM for 1 year. I achieved the target of best SME, and for this achievement SRM gave me Samsung galaxy active 2 watch. However it was an contest between all SRM SME's.

Dislikes

Their is no dislikes I guess. I never face any kind of issues at SRM, and thanks SRM for that.

Whoever is managing the data should come from the analytical domain. In my opinion, there are so many hidden factors affecting the work quality which is not considered under the firm. When the domain is e learning, you should always focus on other things as well apart from the direct numbers.

Very negative environment. A lot of politics. managers are poor in management and have issues.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
