I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I believe there is nothing about ATF that you can like.

Dislikes

There are plenty of things: You will be hired based on specific project, and when they fail to continue their relation with the client they will fire you. The perfect combination of ATF's HR & CEO, they will pull you down like nothing else. These people will make you believe that you are not skilled enough. According to me the management of this company lack in ethics. I worked for 3 months in here, I was about to get terminated the moment their client revoked their project. I resigned myself after so much humiliation. These guys doesn't even paid my salary of last month. I guess they don't know the concept of final settlement 😅....Read More
