SITA always takes care of all the employees. As an employee, I can always speak up freely. Management is very transperant in all aspects. They give good bonus and appraisals every year. Good learning opportunities. Management organises a certification program almost every year for employees who are willing to get certification. Overall, it's a very good company to work with.

I think presently in tourism sector, SITA is one of the best companies to work with... Their senior management, management committee, work culture, handling the situations in emergency, company policy, crisis management committee are best... Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
