Sirion also keeps on improvising employee benefits every six month so that employees can enjoy the most out of it. The work life balance is decent, providing us with complete independence to work on projects and introduce new ideas. I joined Sirion some time back and my journey has been full of learnings. Sirion having a fast paced movements, one needs to be dedicated and agile.

There used to be quite a few fun activities before but that has reduced. That should start again to give more balance to our hectic work schedule.

The Engineering team at Sirion is very strong. Friendly intelligent coworkers. The interview process was extremely smooth very technical in nature and quick as well. The philosophy of working is very thoughtful at Sirion. I've worked for a few tech saas companies in the companies in the past but Sirion is where I have gained a lot of learning and knowledge on the technical side of the product.
