SirionLabs is a meritocracy, which can be a good or bad thing depending on the sort of work culture you are ready to embrace. Most of the team is driven by capable leaders who lead from the front. The learning curve is steep and there's a lot that you will need to figure out of your own. Flexible time and open work culture. The best thing I liked about the company is that they have covered every employees and their immediate family members with extra covid cover in addition to the usual insurance(both fully paid by company). And have recently introduced covid related sick leaves for 2-3 weeks. Work life balance isn't always stable. Work should get distributed in even way. Poorly managed appraisal, leadership has trust issue and talent is often ignored. One thing which I really feel bad about this company is that there are few people who with their personal connect play cheap politics.
