I liked it when someone worked for 2 years and gets laid off without knowing person work like how hard he worked for that time properly. They didn’t provide person appraisal that year and after that laid off him/her like they are a piece of damage napkin.

Dislikes

Job security is 0% . It doesn’t matter how hard you will work they don’t know a thing about you and your work and they will laid you off.
