The open door policy makes it easy for us employees to go and speak to our managers and even the HR team as and when needed. Work flexibility is given to most of the employees as Managers are pretty understanding. We get decent benefits as well here and the best part for me here is the team.

I am part of a very collaborative team where every team member is approachable. We do have quarterly team building parties. An EAP program was introduced where discounts are given in quite a lot things. It is good initiative introduced by the company.

My colleagues are fantastic, and the company is excellent for beginners. My manager has a lot of knowledge in this domain, and she is extremely approachable when it comes to speaking to her. There is good amount of work flexibility given to us.
