The company HR is simply pathetic.He does not have the basic etiquettes of how to talk with an engineer who is leaving the company...most unwelcoming nature...I worked there for such a long time but when I was leaving the company due to some personal reasons,he behaved so badly with me that I was surprised...he doesn't understand a person's personal life and with his family 's condition.
