Sincro takes care of their employees pretty well, Job is secured as well as employees growth is excellent over here, Quite friendly & supportive leaders & good work environment culture. Facilities includes - Cab transport, a good cafeteria, Intelligent IT services, Fastest Internet, a lovely fun committee, etc. Policies are also nice. Good salary hikes and incentives as well. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
