Pricing Hike issue again and again in year is not good for Company and market also , Company should have understand what actual happen in ground level, Company have to focus on customer's needs and demand. They kept hiring 50-50 candidates every month or even twice a month and it was getting a little too chaotic also the targets got unbelievably high when the market was low and no incentives could be achieved easily worked on multiple sundays and never got any benifits other then a lousy lunch
