Dislikes

Job is not secure there. They can fire at any time even without warning email. It should not happen right. As u know after learning new technology employee will forget previous tools and they suffer a lot to join industry again. My suggesstions for signiwis never fire your employe before one year and if you fire give your employee as Experience certificate not termination letter.
