I joined sify in March 2019. Then next year 2020 COVID came. I worked in pandemic time in office. Then after in August 2020. Sunddenly, 'HR' called and told to me resign yourself from the portal. Then I asked for the reason. The Reason was performance issue. Then after three days Again I got call from HR. and I said I will not resign. And she said if you will not resign then we will terminate you. After heared this word I felt very low and afraid. Then after I was thinking. If my performance was not going well in this Company. Then Atleast they should have given one intimate or could call or could even mail me for performance related issue. But they did not do. And also they consumed my performance bonus....Read More
