Dislikes

Only ten employees are there in our team,which makes the slowness in daily process and reportings.Also there was two shifts,so the business time lack of employee is there. So work pressure is very high.There is no hikes in our salary.No training sections for the fresher's.

Work Details

As a network associate,our daily work procedures are changed as a terms in our teammates.we have to do monitoring and raising the tickets towards higher team,fix the cases from the customer about their connectivity and applications and so on.
