Best thing about this firm is , work life balance , lucrative goodies, health facilities and Sports Employee growth enhancement . For a freshers there's not much scope of growth but yes for a experienced person who needs to settle down with a great package and work then yes this is the company

For freshers they would become lazy with the work life balance that siemens provides . So if got selected into siemens , work for a year and switch sooner to some other firm .

I dislike the long working hours at Siemens Ltd, as I often had to work 14 to 16 hours a day due to the heavy workload. Additionally, the company required employees to come into the office and didn’t offer permanent work-from-home options, which made it much harder to maintain a healthy work-life balance
