There are no secure job for civil Engineers in Siemens Ltd. No compensation will paid after leaving the company.

This is very vast organisation which is consist lots of devision like Mobilty, Medical, Energy, electrical and Electronics etc. I am working in Mobility devision. There is good culture and exceptional managememt as well.

Dislikes

They also hire on Third party which is bad thing of Company policy.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
