The company has hybrid working model and cares for employees. There is job stability.

Dislikes

Mangers at times are not flexible enough, though the company guidelines provide for it. They feel flexibility is with the manager and not with the team, which defeats the entire purpose of flexibility/hybrid model. Pay is far less than the market, new people with even lesser experience are hired at higher salaries and correction forexisting employees is not done. You need to have grey hairs/good relations with boss to grow, else you will grow slowly....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
