Promotion and benifits are only to confirm employee. good culture where you can self developed your self very nicely.

Dislikes

1. Too much over load 2. Expects over time 3. Engineering team has higher hike rates compared to all - partiality behaviour 4. Politics to get confirm job if you are on contract pay roll they will not give your honest chance to get it confirmed yourself. 5. International travel to projects and some what engineering only

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
