HR at Siemens Energy ( DRIPL ) Ahmedabad Facility is Pathetic. HR's have no idea about the policies. They even do not know how to attend the queries raised by the employees and also have no courtesy to talk to employees Working environment : Very bad. There is a lobby which is dominating the Siemens Energy Facility at Naroda and is working for self development / interest. They are least bothered about the company goals. Politics : There is a lot of politics going on in this company. Haven't seen such a kind of politics in my professional career. Knowledge / Good and sincere efforts are not being recognized. There is a lobby which is supportive to few employees. The department heads will never support you. Compensation and benefits : Management is not doing justice when it comes to compensation and benefits. Good employees are being sidelined and only few of them ( local residents ) are being paid properly and they the only ones who are enjoying the benefits. Even after being Siemens Energy the policies are not being properly implemented and the policies are being altered in such a way that they only provide benefits to few of them.
