Interesting working with Shriram Life Insurance Company Limited-Pune Maharashtra.It was totally different experience altogether..I have learnt many things while working with Shriram Group, Culture/Enviornment/Independently handling the Entire Branch,No Pressure/No Politics and Bad Behaviour.Smooth working culture and very Transparent Policy etc.

Nothing as such.But there was No Brand that's the only draw back..

I met with a measure accident on the way of an official meeting my area manager was with me too but there was not even a single call or visit in the hospital by them they didn't provided any help even stopped my salary too

Very very bad bosses culturs....very bad behaviors & I am 1st manager of Chhattisgarh. But our badluck to our immediate bosses are very very bad behavior..all time. Till...??? All heroes out of company but Same boss till working with full support...This is company thoth.

Company centric products, if you suggest their products to anyone then make sure that you won’t be able to face them again because of their product performance, because of their service after sales, pathetic response from operations team, they won’t be able to justify their low performance.

Seems to be a company but my Managers don't have supporting nature and Problem solving skills. Even if someone delivers the solution they'll hesitate to listen and work out. "Working in a team" amounts to "working in a company. If Team is bad, Company is also bad. Work nature is hybrid but one has to beg for WFH.

Everything. Starting from their Welcome kit till the resignation except Canteen food and washrooms.

As a financial brand it's good.

I was working with the team who were previously the part of sahara India pariwar. They didn't have work culture, insurance experience, training session. Their behaviour was so rude that no insurance background person can survive with that team.

Rumour mongering, back biting, even at the top level. Encouraging internal unhealthy politics. Victimising innocent employees. Specially old employees with huge vintage do not want new comers to prosper. People form groups to victimise new comers. Dirty politics taken to a different level which is unimaginable.
