I have worked almost 1 month in the company but my father was ill so I quite the job but I have worked for one month and they have told to to sell the insurance. If my father is not well they are telling to get the sell from family members. They have told that If I sell the product the my family member then I will get my salary otherwise not see this is the company which is not at all employee centric it is only about their reputation and in terms of their reputation that are cheating their customers. , the company is overall good and Staff and Seniors are supportive, process is also easy. Policies are good also for customers and there is lot of chance to make incentives.

Dislikes

Policies are costly, and and investment term is also longer than other companies. Salery is decent also. All the incentives depends on numbers of onboard Policies .
