Full of politics, micro management, boot tlicking employees rule.

Nothing to say about dislikes. Typical Marathi culture of jihuzuri!! Travel allowance is horrible 7rupees/km. Hotel arrangement in out station is pathetic, dump employees in 1000 rupees hotels. No respect, no proper way of talking. No proper atiquettes.
