Nothing good to share. It is like a family business and you will be treated as their servant. They even share diwali sweets on 1st come basis means if you are late you might not get that because it will be over. Salary proposed was good though it was for a very brief period as we were about to migrate to other company. Particularly my team was quite supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

They have worse policy of 9hrs in office, they have no facilities for employee not even a coffee vending machine. They stopped my small portion of payment which they paid 2.5 months later that too after intervention of my new company. That place feels like a jail.

Worst HR services n management. There is no scope for career growth. The company will not provide basic needs to employees. Every employee will suffer with financial problems due to their company policies. When we exit there is no option for full n final settlement. Organization will hold 10% from your take home of every month, will return for 7 month if employee complete 6 months tenure.
