Salary proposed was good though it was for a very brief period as we were about to migrate to other company. Particularly my team was quite supportive and friendly.

They have worse policy of 9hrs in office, they have no facilities for employee not even a coffee vending machine. They stopped my small portion of payment which they paid 2.5 months later that too after intervention of my new company. That place feels like a jail.

Bad HR policies, they will pick and include from other companies which are very much favor to management but will not have any employee friendly policies. Like if you cross your leaves allotted to you then LOP will designed as follows for first 3 days LOP will be 2 days salary for one day after that till 5 days LOP will be 3 days salary for one day. ex: if i taken 5 days after my leaves allotment then my total LOP will be (assumption my salary is 1000 rupees per day) then first 3 days (3*2*1000) + (2*3*1000) = 12000 for 5 days my total LOP will be 12000. generally it will be 5000. like this there are many more HR policies are there but if you work for any extra hours they will not give you a single NP....Read More
