Nothing good to share. It is like a family business and you will be treated as their servant. They even share diwali sweets on 1st come basis means if you are late you might not get that because it will be over. No job security, very bad work culture, if management is in the lift they will not you enter the lift as if you are a poorrag rag picker or something, worst company policy bad leave structure....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
