Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Sharpsys is not a very good company for learning as a fresher.TL didn't treat me well and they made me feel dumb and pushed me to a worst case.its just an 17th day of my journey and they asked me to quit the trainee period and they didn't give me a valid reason for quiting.the team leader is not so good and motivative.they partialize people there. There is no friendly environment for learning.How much effort you put they tell this is not enough.they judge people for time period.they don't train you well make u quit....Read More
