Shanti Foumach pvt Ltd is a foundry & machine shop , it's a single window for finished casting. Monthly produced approximately 1100 ton production. Company is working with 2 partner MD & Vioce chairman. Working culture & management is good but company policies & job security not good. So many workers are changed within 6- 8 month.

Skill development - Good
Promotions - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

It's working with Godrej software Encompasses. I'm interested to learn SAP. Also company has not provide any facility to workers. Main very much bad police is debit police.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

I'm joined SFPL in the year 2015 as a purchase assist. Purchase of new material for production/development itms. Create purchase orders as per data from mrp system. Communicate with supplier for material / billing issue. Benchmarks existing items/supplie.
