Very good culture and very supportive staff and the management is transparent, all STC staff owner to me for being a part if STC. Thank you once again for great experience. company policies are good and campany give good salary and bonus every year.thank you once again and want to be a part of STC again.

Everything is worst here, The management was very biased and partial. many people including me were affected by it. Selfish Management. No Job Security lots of politics and favoritism . Work culture is so unprofessional and discriminating. Salary timings are not confirm its more than 2 months late. No Bonus, slowly salary increment (2-3%) no growing career path. HR head is so rude and helpless. STC Policy are really worst. They get change expecting only company benefits affecting to all existing employees along with new joiner. And very bad management that no one can respond on employee concern. I highly recommend people not to join this organization, You'll get nothing but regret....Read More

I was learning many new skills with STC and promoted as office manager very soon .. But Chandigarh staff didn't appreciated my work . No increments.
