SGC work environment is very supportive and effective to every individual personality. Learning can be extended with cooperative seniors and colleagues.

Dislikes

SGC overlooks the employee position and in tragedic time like covid -19 ( The pandemic disaster) it retrenched employees without any information to employees..

Work Details

Workednin customer relationship dept.. SGC had vide range of customers so my duty was to give the best assistance to resolution of customer query on right time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
