Senior management takes all the credit and money, juniors are made to work like bonded labours. Imagine the extra work days (Saturday) compensation is 500 rs/day (not even equivalent to 1 day salary) and that too across hierarchy (from analyst to Managers). Directors and above dont get anything extra for working on weekends. You have to be a certain caste to rise in the company.

Overall it is a good place to work at. Being relatively new among KPO the organization is still shaping up on many areas, whichbis good. The organization provides you the opportunity if you are willing to go and make a difference. On flip side iften there are too much of involvement for a single job, which results in confusion andthat can be avoided. But this isbone of that area in which ad i have mentioned the organization is evolving. As mentioned a single work at times involve to many hands and that causes confusion and the output. But here again I'd like to reiterate that the organization being relatively new is still evolving.

Work Details

Has been good. I wont say stretch isn't there but not a regular affair. Varies with department. In the department i work it has been fairly even. Thus I get to spend time with family and friend outside work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
